How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for counter samples to check our product quality.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity of the dispaly case and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 15 working days.

What is your terms of delivery?

We accpet EXW, FOB,CIF,etc. display. You can choose the one which display is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

What's the Return Policy?

Any goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered to the customer must be reported to Mellchem immediately. We will do our best to resolve each situation in an equitable manner.
All claims for return or replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. After said 30 days, any delivered goods are deemed accepted and conforming to the agreement.

Do you have return exceptions?

Yes, we have. Items that may not be accepted for return include opened products, custom products and special orders. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and original condition.
